The Denture Shop is a family-owned private practice built on the principles of craftsmanship, experience and care. Founded by Nigel Boult, the business began as a dental laboratory in 1990 before opening its first clinic in 1998. Nigel was among the first Clinical Dental Technicians in the UK and registered with the General Dental Council in 2000 (registration number 111063).
In 2016 his daughter, Ehlana Boult, joined the practice and went on to qualify as a Dental Technician in 2018. After completing her Clinical Dental Technology training at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2025, she now leads the practice as Principal CDT (279956). Nigel continues to support the team within the on-site laboratory.
In 2025, Hannah Knipe joined as Clinic Manager, bringing over a decade of experience in customer service and team management. Her role ensures that every visit runs smoothly and that each patient receives a seamless, attentive experience from consultation through to completion.
Operating from our two West Sussex clinics in Worthing and Horsham, we specialise exclusively in bespoke dentures and precision repairs. Principle Clinical Dental Technician: Dip Clin Dent Tech RCSEd
Ehlana qualified as a Dental Technician in 2018 and graduated from The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh as a Clinical Dental Technician in 2025. She is registered with the General Dental Council and leads The Denture Shop as Principal CDT(279956). Combining clinical expertise with a deep understanding of design and aesthetics, Ehlana oversees every stage of treatment — from consultation and impression taking to the precise crafting and fitting of each bespoke denture. Her approach blends technical precision with artistry, ensuring every patient receives a result that feels natural, comfortable, and beautifully individual.
Hannah Knipe
Clinic Manager
Hannah joined The Denture Shop in 2025 as Clinic Manager and is responsible for ensuring that every patient’s journey runs smoothly from start to finish.
With over ten years of experience in customer service, including more than five years as a Customer Experience Manager, Hannah brings a calm and understanding approach to what can often be a sensitive process.
She graduated from the University of Sussex with a Law Degree with a foundation in Law, Politics, and Sociology, which has given her a strong understanding of communication, empathy, and professionalism in client care.
