The Denture Shop is a family-owned private practice specialising exclusively in dentures, led by Principal Clinical Dental Technician Ehlana Boult.

Combining clinical expertise, skilled craftsmanship and genuinely personal care, Ehlana and her team provide bespoke denture treatment from our clinics in Horsham and Worthing.

Our Story

A family practice, continuing forward.

The practice has more than 35 years of history behind it. The Denture Shop began as a dental laboratory in 1990, founded by Ehlana's father, Nigel Boult, before opening its first clinic in 1998.

Growing up around the profession, Ehlana later joined the family practice in 2016, qualified as a Dental Technician in 2018 and went on to complete her Clinical Dental Technology training at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2025.

She now leads The Denture Shop as Principal Clinical Dental Technician (GDC 279956), taking the practice into its next generation.

From dental laboratory to specialist denture clinics.

The technology, team and clinics have evolved, but the focus has remained the same: combining skilled denture craftsmanship with individual patient care.

1990

The Denture Shop begins as a dental laboratory, founded by dental technician Nigel Boult.

1998

The first clinic opens, bringing laboratory expertise directly into patient care.

2016

Ehlana joins the family practice and begins developing her expertise across the technical and clinical sides of dentures.

2025

Ehlana completes her Clinical Dental Technology training at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and now leads the practice as Principal CDT.

Ehlana Boult

Principal Clinical Dental Technician Dip Clin Dent Tech RCSEd

Ehlana qualified as a Dental Technician in 2018 and graduated from The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh as a Clinical Dental Technician in 2025. She is registered with the General Dental Council and leads The Denture Shop as Principal CDT (279956).

Combining clinical expertise with a deep understanding of design and aesthetics, Ehlana oversees every stage of treatment — from consultation and impression taking to the precise crafting and fitting of each bespoke denture. Her approach blends technical precision with artistry, ensuring every patient receives a result that feels natural, comfortable, and beautifully individual.

Hannah Knipe

Clinic Manager

Hannah joined The Denture Shop in 2025 as Clinic Manager and is responsible for ensuring that every patient's journey runs smoothly from start to finish.

With over ten years of experience in customer service, including more than five years as a Customer Experience Manager, Hannah brings a calm and understanding approach to what can often be a sensitive process.

She graduated from the University of Sussex with a Law Degree with a foundation in Law, Politics, and Sociology, which has given her a strong understanding of communication, empathy, and professionalism in client care.

Harvey Boult-Roe

Dental Technician

Harvey joined The Denture Shop in 2023 and qualified as a Dental Technician in 2025. Working closely alongside our Principal Clinical Dental Technician, Ehlana, he assists with the laboratory stages involved in producing and maintaining our patients' dentures.

Harvey also completes the majority of our same-day laboratory services, including denture repairs, and takes great pride in the quality and precision of his work. His role helps us provide the responsive, in-house service that is such an important part of The Denture Shop.

Clinician-led treatment

Ehlana combines her clinical role with her technical understanding of how dentures are designed and made, allowing her to oversee the patient journey from the first consultation through to the final fit.

Fit, bite, appearance and function are considered together throughout treatment rather than treated as separate concerns.

An in-house laboratory team

Our clinical and laboratory teams work closely together, allowing information to move directly between the patient, clinician and technician.

It also allows us to provide responsive services such as same-day denture repairs and maintain close oversight of the technical stages of treatment.
