Please DO NOT attend an appointment if you or any member of your household are suffering from any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19 or are self isolating. If this applies to you please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
We are only seeing patients who have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless you are medically exempt.
Staff
All of our staff have been vaccinated for COVID-19
Appointments
We are now appointment only for all of our services. To book an appointment with us, please call the clinic you would like to visit, and a member of our team will arrange this for you.
Home Visits
We are running a limited home visit service at the moment. If you would like any further information about this service, please call any of our clinics and one of our team can advise you.
Keeping you safe
We are working extra hard to keep all of our patients and staff safe during every appointment. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible while you are with us. To do this, we have put some new safety measures in place.
New safety measures
All of our appointments have been scheduled to allow us extra time between patients for cleaning and disinfecting all areas of our clinics, including the waiting room, reception and surgery.
- Temperature checks will be carried out on arrival at our clinics. Patients displaying a high temperature will need to reschedule their appointment.
- All of our staff are wearing full PPE at all times and in all areas of our clinics. We do ask that you also wear a mask when coming to your appointment.
- We are trying to keep the number of people in the clinic to a minimum. Because of this, we ask that you come to your appointment alone, and that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive early for your appointment, you will be asked to wait outside or in your car until both the waiting room and the surgery are free.
- If you need to have a family member or carer with you, we ask that they wear a mask for the whole appointment or whilst waiting for you in the waiting room.
Late Policy
Our appointments are scheduled in a way that allows a specific amount of time for the appointment itself, for us to thoroughly clean and disinfect after each appointment, as well as allowing time for new appointments to be made before the next patient is due. This helps to limit the number of people on the premises at any one time.
If you are going to be late for your appointment, we ask that you call to let us know. We may need to cancel and rearrange the appointment, due to the tight schedule that we are now running.
Same day services
Our same day services, such as denture repairs, tooth additions and denture relines, will still be available. These services are now appointment only and may take up to 2 hours to complete. You will not be able to wait on site for these to be completed, but will be given a time at which to collect your dentures later in the day.
