Our Precision Digital Denture range is for patients requiring a new full denture on one arch or a new full upper and lower set. Your treatment is clinically planned, digitally designed and trialled before the final denture is completed.

If you are happy with your current denture, we can digitally capture its design for replication, create a spare or securely store the record so it is available if the unexpected happens.
A digital workflow is still clinician-led.
Digital dentures are not simply a case of scanning your mouth and pressing “print”. Your bite, fit, appearance, existing dentures and individual anatomy still need to be assessed by your clinician.
Digital technology gives us more ways to record, design, reproduce and refine that information. Where appropriate, scanning can make treatment more efficient and repeatable.
Silicone impression material may still be used when it provides the most accurate way to record your fit.
A new digital denture, designed specifically for you.
New digital denture treatment is available for full dentures only — either one full denture or a complete upper and lower set.
From clinical records to a denture made for you.
Your digital records give our clinical and laboratory team a precise starting point. The design is then reviewed, trialled and refined around your individual fit, bite and appearance before the final denture is completed.
Consultation
We assess your current dentures, mouth, expectations and what you would like to change or preserve.
Denture scan / impression & bite
Your denture and/or mouth is digitally recorded. Your bite is captured during this stage so the upper and lower relationship can be incorporated into the design.
Digital / printed trial
A trial denture allows the design, appearance, bite and fit to be assessed before the final denture is completed.
Fit
Your final denture is fitted and clinically checked, with adjustment and review as appropriate.
You do not have to change everything about a denture you already love.
Happy with the design and the fit?
If your existing denture looks and fits the way you want it to, you usually do not need the more comprehensive Precision pathway.
Instead, the denture can be digitally scanned through our Scan & Store service and reproduced from that record using your chosen replacement grade.
Love the design, but the fit needs improving?
Your existing denture can still be used as the design reference, preserving familiar tooth position, appearance and other features where appropriate.
A silicone lining may be added to the fitting surface and used to take an accurate impression of your mouth. This allows us to create a new fitting surface while retaining the familiar design you want to keep.

You do not have to be ready for a new denture to use Scan & Store. We digitally scan your existing suitable denture and securely keep the record on file.
If the denture is later lost, misplaced or damaged beyond repair, we already hold its digital information and can use it as the basis for a replacement where clinically appropriate.

Need a replacement from your stored record?
Where the existing design and fit remain suitable, full and partial dentures can be digitally reproduced without purchasing the full Precision treatment pathway.

Our straightforward digital replacement option, reproducing your stored denture design using our Essentials-grade materials.

A premium digital replacement using our Signature-grade materials for enhanced aesthetics and durability.
One visit now can make a future denture emergency far easier to manage.
Scan & Store can be particularly valuable for people living in residential care and patients who are unable to attend clinic.
We can come to the patient.
A domiciliary visit can be arranged to digitally scan an existing suitable denture in the patient's home, care home or residential setting.
Once scanned, the denture is securely stored on our system while the patient continues wearing their existing denture.
If it is later lost or damaged.
We can use the stored digital record to produce a replacement, typically within around one week.
The replacement can be sent directly to the patient without them needing to attend clinic or receive another domiciliary visit.
A further appointment or visit is only required if adjustments are needed or their clinical circumstances have changed.

Important: chrome dentures
Our digital denture services are not available for chrome-based dentures.
If you currently wear a chrome denture, please contact us so we can discuss the appropriate conventional pathway.
Intra-oral scan only
An intra-oral digital scan can also be provided independently of Scan & Store or another treatment pathway.
